The Administration Racetrack Support Staff position plays a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of MRAS. This position serves as a welcoming first point of contact for community members, volunteers, and user groups while providing broad administrative support to the Operations office and leadership team. 

The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator oversees the daily maintenance, repair, and safe operation of all MRAS facilities and grounds. This role combines hands-on maintenance with administrative coordination, working closely with the Director of Operations, staff, and volunteers to keep facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. The Coordinator shows initiative, flexibility, and a strong commitment to operational excellence. As a public-facing role, it also requires diplomacy, a strong sense of community, and pride in the facility.
